"What do I like about creative writing?"

When was the last time you did something for yourself? It doesn't matter if it is big or small, expensive or cheap. When was the last time you let yourself explore yourself? One of the things I like most about creative writing is the fact that it's completely up to you. No matter what you do whatever you write is coming from your brain. It's like a super power, and we are all super heroes writing whatever we feel. The best part, is knowing that you are unique, and no one can take that from you. Now once you have that in mind, you can go down whatever rabbit holes you want to go down when it comes to writing, you just have to stick with it, as consistency is key.

Just like being a super hero you have to learn and master your powers. For me I haven't used my powers in a long time which is why I started this blog. This is my virtual training grounds. Nowdays I'm a homebody and spend 90% of my time inside. You can call me Master Roshi, because right now I am a turtle hermit. I'm working on myself one day at a time. Still learning to live with CPTSD, Adult ADHD, and still seeking therapy.

For now, I'm making myself work hard for what I'm worth. I think I could make a career out of writing. Yes, writing can be hard, but at the same time something about seeing the words come to life is just fun and exciting. If you do something long enough eventually it becomes easier. When it becomes easier then you start challenging yourself to do more and eventually that should start snow balling. At some point you stop caring about if it sounds right or if it's good enough to other people. Sometimes you just have to do some shit for you.

This is why I am a ghost blogger. I like writing with that anonymous aspect to it. I give a few details about me here and there but not enough for you to be able to identify me. If you are able to then kudos but I don't know that many people, but of course people know me. I like to keep things private especially as I'm working through trauma. You would think I'd be lonely but I have my family and I have my writing and you. If you're still reading this I solute you and I thank you for your time and grace. I'm just on a journey trying to find myself or honestly, where I fit in.

It's weird I don't know what I want to do in life to be honest. Writing seems to be something that comes naturally and easily. It's seems like I have a lot to say as if I have been silenced for centuries. My brain is always on the go 24/7, a hundred miles a minute, always thinking. I think that's why I like freestyling and rapping. I'm like let me see if I can exhaust all this energy. I'm always going full throttle. I almost got lost in wanting to write a 16 bar verse.

Thank God for line breaks 🤣. Yeah that's right I put an emoji in this place. My blog, my rules! I'm just playing. It's not that serious. I think I've gotten out what I needed to get out. I hope this finds you exactly where you are and that you're doing what you can with what you've got. Hang in there.

Thank you all so much for reading.

If you have gained any value and liked reading any of my material on this blog then please leave me a "Peace" sign emoji in the comment section or at my social media handles @NBWBlogger and definitely follow me or subscribe.
