Opinion Piece: "Florida can be a very toxic reality tv series from a perspective."

When was the last time you did something for yourself? It doesn't matter if it is big or small, expensive or cheap. When was the last time you let yourself explore yourself? I don't know where you are located, but for me in Florida it always seems like everyone, and their mother is putting on a performance in their own reality TV show. As if the moment they walk outside the cameras will start rolling. Sometimes, they even have their own choreographed stunt, or action they will perform perfectly, every single time. It's like its their signature move in a video game. Now I'm not here to judge because I'm pretty sure I'm doing the same thing. Who really knows how to live life anyway? We just do what we do until we are happy right?

As you know or will soon find out, I rather be up North. At least I can observe the reality series of the Northerners. I'm a sucker for four seasons what can I say? I also love to get out of the house and get into nature after playing a video game and what not. Yes I could totally do all of this in Florida, but oh the horror of the heat and humidity here. I prefer to be in a climate that is easier to deal with. If it gets too hot take off some layers, and if it gets too cold put on some layers. In some parts of Florida I'm sure there could be some perfect weather and I still wouldn't want to live here.

Maybe it's the way that Florida kind of smells. Or perhaps it's the taste of the drinkable water. No thank you, not my cup of tea. Just like everyone seeming to be on a reality series I feel like my life was always connected to the wilderness. I remember being younger and couldn't wait to get my hands on anything that showed the wilderness up north. Christmas was definitely one of my favorite times of year in Florida. If you imagine just hard enough it actually seems like you're up north.

I get so tired of looking out the window to see mainly palm trees and other Jurassic park type swamp trees here. Every where you look it seems like you're in the Jurassic World VR or something. Even the animals and insects here play the part. I stepped off the airplane from a trip back from the north and I remember feeling like a T Rex was lurking over my shoulders every where I went. Of course this is just me over exaggerating and being silly.

This could be the end of my rambling as I don't even remember where I was going with this in the first place. I'm just getting some writing practice in and sticking to what ever I feel like sticking to. I'm just an all over the place emotional wreck during these hard times so you'll have to forgive my ability to veer off course and see just how far the rabbit hole goes. Enjoy the episode of your life and see where the seasons take you.

Thank you all so much for reading.
